Total thickness of 14 to 16 mils after co-extrusion, both layers consisting of mPE. The first layer will be basic metallocine film, with a second layer of the same metallocine film with antimicrobial additive. The film needs to be produced by calendaring, unless it is possible to make a blown film with a calendared style finish on one side. Initial volumes are expected to be around 200,000 lb’s of product per year. We are also looking for someone who can make a clear, high visibility PE film.
