I have contacted and faxed the branch several times to request a check be issued for the credit balance owed us on Customer # NCJAC0075. As of todays date there still has been no resolution to the situation. This situation has been going on since 09/11/07 and is getting very frustrating speaking with your representatives. I am sure by now it has cost your company more than it is worth to pay someone to run your statements and mail them each month. If we could get this cleared up soon you will no longer be required to mail statments because all our transactions are now paid with credit card.
