Recently the nut that connects the transducers to the XDCR connector on the back of the main unit has loosened and has allowed the connector to move about freely. I have tighten up the nut but the unit isn't responding. I now believe that I have loose wiring on the back inside of the XDCR connector within the main unit. I was needing information as to where I could send my unit in for repairs.
