(这是一条买家关于"Chemical resistant conveyor belts"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Chemical resistant conveyor belts We currently have an automated application here where powder metal automotive components enter a deburring machine with a demagnetizing conveyor - the process is a 'wet deburr' & uses a cleaner/rust preventive to lubricate the brushes & flush the part at the end of the demag conveyor. The manufacturer of the machine had installed a belt that would fail frequently due to the chemicals used in the process -- since then we have switched to a nitrile rubber belt & while it has been installed only a week it looks promising that it will last. The belt specification is as follows: 3 Ply Poly 135 Brown Nitrile Roughtop x FS, 12” wide x 148” finished length belt with recessed stainless steel clipper lacing installed. I am just inquiring as to whether you would be interested in quoting a nitrile belt to this specification and also if such a belt could be made in VITON, which is also generally used for applications requiring adequate chemical resistance.
