(这是一条买家关于"Inquiry"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Inquiry I operate a county nursing home. We have an underground steel water tank installed in 1975. This tank supplies water for our sprinkler system. The tank had a protective coating painted on the inside when it was installed. In addition, there was a ""tank saver"" chemical put in with the water to help preserve the tank. Upon review of the inside of this tank, the tank looked really good, upper 2/3 of the tank. As I looked halfway down to bottom 1/3 I saw some occassional blistering. Could easily pop the blister with my finger and found black substance beneath that white protective coating. I only saw one small chip in the white coating. The metal there was not pitted, just black. The bottom 1/3 of the tank was black in color and in tact. Almost as though the white coating was stained (from inside out or outside in?) A local contractor has done some research and suggest we sandblast, use an epoxy primer, and spray polyurea to preserve the integrity of the tank. This person has never done this kind of work before but has been talking to a company representative in OHIO. What concerns would you have about the condition of this tank, sandblasting to get to new metal before priming and spraying, and what would you recommend? The tank holds 13,000 gallons of water. It's size is approximately 10' diameter and 20'long. If you were refurish this tank what would you do, how would you do it, and how much would it cost. I am also curious as to how long our sprinkler system would be out of order from start to finish of this project.
