The reason I ask is I would like to use the core as an air flow straightener for a wind tunnel I am building. As long as the cells of the core are hollow and the ends of the cells are open it would work well for my needs. If it is possible to purchase just the core I would like a quoatation for the cost of such an item in my required specifications, which are as follows. The core can be made of aluminum or plastic and needs to have as little as possible material between each cell. The core I require would need to be 32.75in by 37.75in in size. The individual cells of the core would need to be 0.25in in diameter and 1.75in long so that the entire core would be 1.75in thick/deep. If it is possbile to purchase this item in plastic or aluminum a quote for the price of both would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
