Last year,I was awarded a small grant to construct a working scale model wind tunnel. I am looking for a piece of 42"" x 42"" x 2"" of honeycomb material to use as part of the flow straightener component for this winnd tunnel. I would like for diameter of the honeycomb openings/cells to be between 1/4 to 3/8"". Originally, I was hoping for material made of PVC or something similar, but if you have or could suggect something cheaper, I am interested.
