The Spinning yarn range includes 6 / 1 to 120 / 1 in cared, combed and compact yarn in 100% cotton and 20 / 1 to 6 / 1 in Pc and CVC yarn and 8 / 1 to 100 / 2 spliced two ply, three ply and four ply yarn. In special product the group is producing Lycra, Slub, Tencel and Zero twist yarn. In Lycra the count range is produced from PIMA (grade II) , Giza (Alexandria Packing) , USA Fibermax, Australian, Brazilian, West African cotton. Fabric Division: The company believes in product innovation and has successfully leveraged it strength in yarn manufacturing to make a variety of fabrics. We are pioneers in Pakistan in developing stretch fabrics and high-count sheeting up to 600 thread counts. Recent developments include fabrics of Rayon & T-400 from DuPont & Linen Polyimide Fabric. Our weaving capacity is 450 air jet looms in width of 190cm, 210cm, 310cm and 340cm model JAT 610 & 710 and reinforced 710 of Toyoda Japan. We have special looms in air jet equipped with new AGS technology (Air Gripper system) that control in fly of yarns as significant level and give very good quality and appearance to the Lycra fabric. The fabric range includes fabrics in different constructions and using various yarns counts like Twills, Bedford Cords, Herringbone, Canvases Sheeting, Percales, Sateens, Poplins, Stripped Sateens, double Pick Fabrics Fancy items: Half Panama, full Panama, Stretch Twills, Slub and Dobby Items.
