We are a polyurethane product manufacturer located in Australia. We also supply engineering plastics in sheet, rod and machined parts form. We have recently installed a 3 axis CNC router. We have done early trials with different materials and have had success with the engineering plastics and also the information available on plastics is very good. Unfortunately there is limited information available in regard to routing polyurethane. This is the reason I have written to you. I am looking for some tips on routing urethane. Tool types, feed speeds and anything that may be helpful. If you can help I would appreciate it. By the same token if you don't feel comfortable sharing information that is very understandable.
