We are currently implementing process improvement which involves setting up Point of Use work stations. We want to set up the tools with shadowing (two colors...bottom color indicates visually that a tool is missing) which will help in tool control and inventory efforts. We have sought to have foam cutouts done with laser or waterjets, but this has proved costly. Please let us know if this is something that you can help us accomplish.
