I know it used to be 4'x8' but I've never bought it thicker than 3"". I used to cut foam with a hot-wire for a sign company about fifteen years ago. I've since moved to a rural area, and something like this will need to be shipped (most likely). The church I attend would like a 'prayer request wall' and I will likely have to file the foam to look like a stone wall, so I need the foam to be dense enough to tolerate forming into a wall-like structure. I plan on mounting it to a moulded wooden base so that it can be transported to our city park and other church events. Could you please give me an estimate for the foam, one at 4"" depth and the other at 5"" depth? And how much to ship, from the manufacturing plant to Atascadero, CA (zip code is 93422)?
