These helmet would look a little like a bike helmet. I have carved them from blocks of foam, but they take a long time and are flakey. I use them to show children the value of wearing helmets when they bike. I have them draw a face on the egg. Place the egg in the helmet, so the face show thru. Place a bottom piece of foam under with a rubbur band The outside is about 3"" dia and 3.5"" long. Each helmet holds an extra large egg about 1.75"" dia and 2.25"" long. I think I may want to buy about 200. Would you be able to give me a ball park idea of the cost?
