After the confirmed receipt of LC the products will be manufactured and dispatched. The agent’s commission will be at 20 % of the price value of the products dispatched. 6. The net amount so arrived will be paid as advised by the agent, exclusive distributor/sales Rep. of course exchange charges if any will be at the Agents cost. 7. The commission will be paid only after the realization by OEM of the LC amount.
