I would like to congratulate him on costing you company an opportunity to work with us as a supplier of pipe,valves and fittings. When asked if anyone one would be available to provide pricing on Saturday he was very arrogant. Perhaps he needs top be reminded that you company is a service based organization and if you work with customers and their needs and if it takes working on Saturday to accomadate their needs then that is what you do. That is how you expand your client base and increase profits. I can't help but wonder how many other potentially large customers he has cost you. I know this, if one of my employees ever spoke to a potential large customer the way that he just did, that persone would be looking for a new job.
