The material is 20CrNiMo and the precision is Grade 6 with Carborized Teeth Hardening plus B) 1 (one) Precision 26 Teeth Pinion to drawing SECIM221053 Pos B modified as above to avoid undercut when machining all three (3) Gears to match in Material as above. Here are the specifications to go with the attached drawings Item 1: 02 ea. PINION acc. to drwg SECIM 221053 Pos.A. - Material : Forged steel with heat treatment by direct quenching - Qty of teeth : 26 - Indicate : chemical analysis of the material of manufacturing - Indicate : flow sheet of manufacturing up to heat treatment - Indicate : hardness of the pinion - Confirm that in case of order you will supply the following information: - Chemical analysis certificate - Heat treatment certificate - Report of dimensions - Ultrasound Test certificate and/or Magnetic particle on the pinion teeth. Item 2: 01 ea.
