We are going to operate a total of 10 drumming/tote filling systems at the new Kinder Morgan – GLT each of which will require breathing air. General design basis: 1. This is a grass roots facility so we do not need to fight any existing problems. 2. We are planning on operating 10 hrs/day 5 days per week with some spot overtime operations. 3. Normally not all 10 drumming lanes will be running at the same time but I believe that we should have the capacity from the breathing air system to operate under that condition. 4. The air compressor could be called upon for regular plant maintenance activities so I would like to size the compressor with an extra 50% capacity but I would like a quotation for a stand alone 100cfm compressor to serve for maintenance activities. What size compressor / breathing air purification system would you recommend for an application such as this? Thanks for your help and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
