We manufacture and design mixing equipment for djs. At present we are looking for a partner that can create poly carbonate overlays for some of our equipment. The purpose of the overlay is to take the place of the 2 aluminum plates on a audio mixing device and change the surface color to black. The aluminum plates will be removed by the end user and the over lay will take their place. option 1 (poly carbonate) shape dimension The Overlay will measure approx.: 14.25 W X 9.75 High surface finishes I would like a low gloss finish. Please specify if Mate is more cost effective. Thickness: It should be thick enough to provide some degree of lateral stability (not much) to the buttons. NOthing greater than the thickness of the plates presently on the device aprox 10-20mm. A thickness that provides the sense of a real sheet and not a sticker is desired but price is certainly a concern. Number of Colors, 1 black fill with White and Gold (not foil) Text Labels. Cutouts There will be cutouts for all visible components including, knobs buttons, faders, leds and mounting screws for the faders . The screws holes that are used for the current aluminum plates will be covered. Number of overlays: Please quote for quantities of less than 250, 250 and greater than 500 adhesive backing- peel and stick. Option 2 - photo sensitive metal shape dimension The Overlay will measure approx.: 14.25 W X 9.75 High surface finishes Semi gloss. Thickness: It should be thin enough to be cut out using a die cut. Number of Colors, Half of the run - Black background with silver text. Half of the run- Silver background with silver text (please specify if this is cost prohibitive or easy to execute) Cutouts There will be cutouts for all visible components including, knobs buttons, faders, leds and mounting screws for the faders .
