Annually, we ship aprox. 40 million kgs of rubber products. We are looking for a source to supply us with fabric so that we can imprint a deep impression on our sheet rubber. We produce our rubber rolls in continuous cure presses in 1000 m lengths. We are looking for a fabric which can put a deep impression onto our rubber rolls. The fabric rolls need to be a minimum of 2 m wide, approx. 1m dia max, and 900 kg max weight ( the larger the roll, the better). The fabric needs to withstand 200 degrees Celsius temperature and 300 psi. pressure. Can you please advise if you can produce such fabric rolls and what type of patterns you may have available.
