(这是一条买家关于"Quote Request"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Quote Request Dear sir We are in a process to convert our existing facility of pipes fabrication workshop into fully ""AUTOMATION"" to cover maximum fabrication activities under one shop floor facility by getting at least 500 dia inches daily production in 8 hrs. The proposed automation facility should cover pipes fabrication activities like marking, cutting, beveling, fit-up, welding and cleaning etc. Currently we are having different pipe fabrication projects in hand of both small bore 1/2"" to 2"" and large bore 2"" to 60"" of various pipe thicknesses i.e. Schedule 20, 40, 80, 120 & 160 and most of the piping material is SA-106 Gr. B, SA-333 Gr.6, SA-312 TP 316 and Alloy steel P-9, P-11 & P-91. Our existing fabrication workshop area is about 50,000 Sq. Mtr which is used for both pipes & steel structure fabrication, In this area we have one fabrication shed covered from all around of about 30 x 120mtr in size, which is the proposed area for developing new pipes fabrication automation facility. We would like to request for your technical services, assistance and guideline in this regard. In terms of 1. What is the machinery to be used, 2. What is the cost of machinery 3. What kind of lifting arrangements we will need 4. Would your company quote for the setting up of the complete project. 5. If yes as in No 4, than would you be able to submit your proposal and explain or demonstrate it to us. 6.
