I have applied in the past,interviewed twice, but not hired. For the past 21 years I have been steadily employed with WG&R Bedding, Two Rivers as a quilt machine operator. I have an excellent work record, and feel I would do a good job for Universal. I am currently making $15.80/hr, but willing now, as in the past to work for less. I want to make a quality product with decent equipment. I do NOT need health or dental insurance, as I am on my wife's policy. I see the production job has been vacant quite a bit recently. That has lead me to try again for the job. I interviewed a few years ago for a wire cutting job, and then later for a set up job. Both times I feel I was passed over because of my current wage.
