The strip will have rolled (not slit) edges along both sides. · We will need to have the material covered on all sides with 120 micro-inches of ductile Ni. The plate must pass a 500 F blister test. · We are planning on rolling the strip after plating- so we will need ductility- The strip topography will be modified by our processing- so we are more concerned about adherence to the base metal than surface reflectivity. We also request that the plating be pore free. Please advise what ranges you can offer and what you recommend to reach the targets.
