(这是一条买家关于"estiamte for custom-built reactor"的询盘信息,来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) estiamte for custom-built reactor We are interested in receiving an order of magnitude estimate on the cost of a custom-built catalytic reactor system, small pilot scale, for reforming of biomass derived gases into syngas. The system includes a desulfurizer unit, two liquid feed streams, six gas feed streams, two catalytic reactors in parallel, and is interfaced to an analytical train containing both a gas chromatograph and a mass spectrometer. We envision the system to be operated under LabView. We are in possession of about $ 60,000 K worth of hardware, such as flow controllers, furnaces, thermocouples, steel tubing, etc., as components for the pilot plant reactor. This reactor would have to have a flow splitting system, capable of feeding two small (75 ml) packed bed catalytic reactors. The unit also needs to be equipped with a desulfurizer upstream from the catalytic reactors. The feed section would include of two liquid mass flow controllers and eight gas mass flow controllers. The custom build would require to collect the hardware in Detroit, assemble it, develop a customized control system, test the system, ship the complete turnkey system to Detroit, install it, and connect it to the GC and Mass spec analytical train. I don't expect you to put together a quotation for such a custom-build, but what order of magnitude would something like this cost?
