Please provide a pump recommendation: Waste Water Process: Flow: .33 GPM to 5 GPM Temp: 100 F Discharge Pressure: 100 PSIG required at nozzles (25 ft away) Inlet Condition: 7ft. head Composition: Water 60% Phenol 5% Furfuryl Alcohol 5% Other VOM 7% (typically resins, etc) Resin Solids 20% Inorganics 3% (typically sand particles) Total 100% The waste water comes from a mechanical separator tank collecting “blowdown” from a wet scrubber. The pump is used to transfer & pressurize the waste water into an atomizing injection gun system incorporated into a thermal oxidizer (incinerator). The customer specifies wetted surfaces to be 304 SS. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
