You will see two tabs showing both 1.5 & 2” diameter products. I am interested in tooling and reproduction costs for quantities shown below. I do not show the buffers, as I am not sure where they will be placed or how to show them, but please include them in the design. I will need a 2-color, white glossy, permanent adhesive, 1.25” x 4” label produced and assembled onto each unit prior to packaging. I will need the products assembled into white shipping boxes immediately following manufacture as follows: The shipping box is intended to be used for display purposes as well. Therefore I am looking to have a 2-color logo and cutting guide printed on the outside of each box. If this is available through your company or one of your distributors, please add the following standard size boxes to the proposal. If it is not, please bid out the assembly only assuming that they will be delivered to you: 2” Diameter – 12” x 12” x 36” (Estimated quantity per box is 325) Please advise on the best quantity to fit the box. 1.5 Diameter – 10” x 10” x 36” (Estimated quantity per box is 275) Please advise on the best quantity to fit the box. The quantities to be sold are 2,500 - 5,000 - 10,000 - 50,000 – 100,000. Q & A What is the description of the material proposed? Can you send me a sample of the gauge material that you are proposing; possibly a completed product in that gauge to look at? (See my address at the bottom of the page.) Will you provide a sample of the completed product after tooling for final approval before mass producing? After final product approval, what is the minimum quantity I can purchase up front for sales purposes?
