Conshohocken, PA 19428 Dear Power Line Packaging, Inc., Rx Healing Products LLC is interested in hiring a manufacturer to produce a product we have developed which treats the painful skin cracks people get on their fingers and elsewhere. It is called Rx Skin Crack Repair. The Rx Skin Crack Repair device consists of a waterproof, adhesive foam pad, which harbors a reservoir of one of two formulations of a healing ointment mixture. The healing ointment is sealed in the well by a peel away tab which, when removed, exposes the adhesive portion of the pad and the healing ointment. Treatment pads will be individually wrapped in easy to open paper sleeves similar to band-aids and packaged approximately 6 pads/box. You can see a diagram of the product at our web site: www.skincrack.com. We can also provide a copy of the business plan upon request. It is estimated that Rx Healing Products will need approximately 84,000 of the individual units (14,000 boxes) to initially stock the shelves of its first retail partner, and about 18,000 per month thereafter for replenishment.
