This is for a clean room application to move finished product ( IV bags ranging in size for 50 ml to 4 liters )out to the staging area. A gravity feed roller conveyor 14 to 18 inches wide and 5 feet long. With side guards to keep the product on the rollers. Roller material can be Stainless Steel or PVC if it will stand up to being wiped down with a bleach solution once a week. The smaller the roller the better so try and keep the center to center dimension as tight as possible. It must have a sealed bearing or bushing inside the roller. It will need two legs with leveling feet ( one inside the room the other outside the room ). I can't see it needing to hold more than 200 lbs max at any given time. This is a prototype so cost is a factor. But once it is proven to work I will be applying this concept to all the CAPS sites in North America.
