(这是一条买家关于"Fiber Optic Cable"的询盘信息，来自第107届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Fiber Optic Cable Kindly quote your best price for the following: Fiber optic cable (12) single-mode fibers, single mode fiber 10+/-1 micrometer dia with 125+/-2 micrometer dia cladding & a minimum of 250 micrometer dia primary sheath, armored cable minimum tensile strength 2000N, 60 to 70 oC with 20 years of life expectancy. = 35,000 Mtrs. Notes: a. The cables shall be specifically made for direct burial b. Cables shall contain twelve (12) single-mode fibers c. Single mode fibers shall be approximately 10+/-1 micrometer diameter with 125+/-2 micrometer diameter cladding & a minimum of 250 micrometer diameter primary sheath d. Maximum attenuation coefficient for single mode fibers including all losses shall be 0.4dB/km at a wavelength of 1.3 micrometers. Fibers shall be located in the center of the cladding with a concentricity error no greater than 1.0 micrometer and shall be color coded e. Provide the core of the cable with slots, spacers, fillers & strength members to protect the optical fibers during cable handling operations from fabrication to installation f. Provide water swelling tape under armor. Corrugated aluminum armor shall be provided for mechanical strength. The armor shall also provide the radial water barrier g. The outer High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Jacket shall be termite & rodent repellant. Chemicals when used shall have a 20 Years life expectancy. The outer jacket shall be resistant to abrasion, oil, and weather including direct sunlight. The jacket shall also be flame retardant black in color and have graphite coating h. The cable shall be rated for temperatures of -40oC to +70 oC during transportation, storage & installation, and -30 oC to +60 oC during operation i. The cable strength shall be adequate for all installation operations. The minimum tensile strength for armored cable shall be 2000 N j. The following permanent legend shall be clearly embossed or printed (white) at approximately 1-meter intervals on the outer jacket for the entire length of the cable: i) Manufacturer's name ii) Year of manufacture iii) Fiber Optic Cable PACKAGING: a. The cable shall be shipped on substantial non-returnable reels, suitably covered to protect the cable from damage during transit and storage at the jobsite b. Only one continuous (without splices) length of cable shall be shipped on a reel. Both ends shall be waterproof sealed, secured, protected from damage and both ends shall be available for testing. The leading end of the cable shall be fitted with a pulling eye c. The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for any damage sustained due to improper packing, sealing, or blocking of the reels during transit to the jobsite.
