(The main end product is Queue Management Systems used in banks, hospitals, governmental offices etc). In our systems we use kiosks with 15, 17 monitors. Also we use 32 or 42 big sizes as Main display unit. So, for this year, our estimated capacity will exceed 5000 PCS of LCD panels in different sizes totally. As we buy so much quantity of LCD panels each year, we try to make business with one reliable supplier. Also, the prices of LCD panels are changing rapidly, we should keep updated, and given current best prices. We want to buy NOT FULL MONITORS, but only LCD PANEL SET A set means, LCD panel itself + VGA interface + inverter + switch board+cables Detailed explanation: VGA interface board: We use VGA interface, or another name: A/D board Inverter: Is known as standard also. Switch board: Simple switch board for setting brightness, contrast, color etc. Cables: Data cable from interface to panel, VGA monitor cable from PC board to VGA interface Attached you can find an illustration of a typical LCD panel set. Brands: For our order list below, you can supply different sizes from different manufacturers. We just need it be new, but not refurbished, because in tender spects it is an important clause, and we are forced to provide at least two years warranty. As LCD manufacturers give only one year warranty, we extend the warranty period in our risc. So, we need to buy new devices. About quality: Of course quality is a must, but in our applications, a fev defective pixel is not so noticable. So, we can use B-grade panels (according to the rule 3-3-5 defective pixel criteria). We expect an updated and reasonable price for our this order and newcoming ones in next parties.
