The approximate dimensions of the external cut dimensions are: 222mm tall x 212mm wide x 1mm deep. We need to have it cut, printed and creased. It then needs to have 3 windows glued in and a delta hanger cutout. Finally it needs to be glued together and finished. The approximate finished product dimensions are: 180mm tall x 100mm wide x 1mm deep. We are looking to place an initial order of 5000 units with an expected volume of approximately 200,000-300,000 in the next 12 months. If you offer a service that is able to die-cut, print, crease, window and finish paperboard for retail packaging please contact me via email. Make sure to include the unit cost for the 5000 unit order PLUS any discounting if we contract with you for 200-300k units. Also please identify the manufacturing time for orders of 30,000 units at a time. If you meet the above requirements I will respond ASAP to organise samples.
