Commodity: Refined Rapeseed Oil (RRO) Origin: Seller's option Specifications: Flash point minimum 250°F (121°C) Density at 20° C: g/cm3 0,910 - 0,920 Acid value mg KOH/g: max 2 Iodine value gl2 /100gr: 94 - 126 Phosphorous content: 15mg/kg max. Water, VM and impurities content: 0, 4 % max Erucic Acid: 2% max Sulphur content: 8mg/kg max. Free Fatty Acids 1.50% max. The FFA content shall be expressed as Oleic acid, calculated on a molecular weight of 282. Quantity: 180,000mt +/- 5% Sellers option. This amount to be delivered in shipments of 15,000mt in consecutive months from February 2010 till February 2011 (both inclusive) Incoterms: CIF Valencia (5000mt) and CIF Hamburg (10.000mt) Payment terms: by irrevocable, confirmed LC issued by a first class European bank acceptable to Seller's bank and with payment of 100% against shipping documents. LC to be issued 5 working days after signature of contracts and will not be active until the PB has been deposited at the Buyers bank. PB: The Seller will Post 2% Performance Bond after Receipt of Payment Instrument to the Seller.
