After first shipment is sent and verified that it is “Food grade sugar” they will Automatically enter contract for 125,000mt X 60mo= 5 vessels per month of 25,000mt CIF 5 different ports (non-sanctioned) Payment will be LC for the full term of contract payable against BOL. The commissions are max $5.00usd/mt 2 paid by seller 3 paid by buyer And closing of contract is fairly quick. they are looking for procedures of: 1. FCO with POP or last shipment papers (sanitized of course) 2. They sign FCO, NCNDA, IMFPA and send back to seller with copy of first LC in place 3. Full contract is sent to buyer with stipulation of full contact after first purchase in contract 4. Buyer signs and returns contract 5. Shipments as per stated in contracts.
