At the moment we are sand casting many (in Africa), and wish to increase production, and get more consistent results. If you can supply a permanent mould for casting aluminium please let me know with a guide price etc. I guess the mould will be 2 part, and made from cast iron. If there are simple alternatives please let me know. We will be able to supply you with a finished object to copy. The object is a simple bell shape 100mm wide by 70mm high.
