(这是一条买家关于"Hot Melt Granulator for PVC"的询盘信息，来自第107届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Hot Melt Granulator for PVC We are manufacturing Vinyl Floorings by the Calendering process. We have inverted L four Calendering lines and on the top of the Calender we have installed a Granulator. In the Granulator we feed a continous strip of Heated PVC which is approximately 15 Cm wide and 2 Cms thick at a temperature approximately 1500C. The Granulator cuts this PVC strip into small granules of size, say 1 Cm x 1 Cm and drops it over the Calender Rollers. From these granules the sheet is processed on the Calender. We are searching for a new/secondhand machine of similar type. The capacity of the machine should be around 2000 to 4000 kgs per hour. The PVC material is for Flexible material and may have fillers fron 20% to 200%. If you can offer us a Granulator machine suitable for above purpose, we would like to hear from you and would be pleased to provide any additional information you may require.
