Our bottles for self adhesive labeling are mainly 500 ml and 1 L, produced respectively from 27g and 34g preforms. They could be labeled automatically but the pressure of the bottles must be very low. That low pressure could create a bubbles or wrinkles of the label. That is why there must be a test done and the pressure rubber must be very soft (it looks like red in color on your machine). Until now we are using little device for manually rolling and applying the label on the bottle. It is getting very slow and we would like to increase the speed. I would say even 1000 bottles per hour would be good for us. The size of the requested bottles are: - 200 ml - diameter 47 mm, height 150mm, label height 82 mm - 2.5 L - diameter 118 mm, height 322 mm , label height 75 mm In addition to the sizes above I am giving you sizes of the bottles we are labeling the most: - 500 ml - diameter 66 mm, height 215, label height 55 mm - 1 L - diameter 76 mm, height 272 mm, label height 65 mm. We also label by hand 5 L containers : - Round - diameter 165 mm, height 318, label height 35 mm - Rectangular - 155 x 135 mm, height 302 mm, label applied on the big side, height 60 mm.
