The annual capacity of production is around 40 million numbers of inner & outer rings from 16 mm o. D / 9.00 mm I. D to 55 mm o. D / 46. Mm I. D and width 8 mm to 18 mm. For 62...., 63...., 60 series of ball bearings. We are interested to procure the following machinery for this project, and will be visiting the prospect manufacturers by mid April / may 2010. The project is expected to come in to production from August 2010. The following are the machinery. 1. Fully automatic inter connected ring turning / machining machines for inner & outer rings processing. 2. Double disc grinder for doing face grinding of inner & outer rings. 3. Centreless grinder with automatic loader for doing the o. D grinding of inner & outer rings. 4. Fully automatic seamless tube cut off / parting machines for making the inner & outer ring cut blanks. 5. Magnetic particle crack checker 6.
