It must have external emitters on the line, it cannot have embedded or internal emitters, this is not acceptable for the application we are working on. The spacing of the emitters is provided in the attached drawing. The emitters must be 2LPH pressure compensating emitters. The pipe is preferred if it is PEX, but poly line may also be acceptable if the price is significantly lower. The emitters must be glued around the base so that no water can leak from the punctures that must be made in the line. The tips must all be pointing down in the same direction with a +/- 5 degree tolerance. Please provide time to produce 3,000m for starting order. A sample must be produced and photos of the sample in operation must be provided. Annual volume will be in the range of 50~100K meters. Time to produce must also be provided and the winning bidder must be ready to begin production by March 15th for shipping on April 7th at the latest. Questions are welcome.
