Material Specification data should be provided, if applicable. 3) Warranty to be specified, 18 months from the date of delivery or 12 months from usage, whichever is earlier. 4) Delivery Period to be clearly indicated showing the date of material readiness. Back to back penalty clause will be applied in case of deliveries being delayed. 5) Delivery Term to be specified as per Incoterms-2000, preferably FCA at your site/ FOB/CFR Jeddah Air/Seaport 6) If your delivery term is FCA/FOB then approximate volume and weight of the material should be provided for enabling us to calculate the shipping cost. 7) We appreciate your Payment Terms preferably 30 days credit or cash against delivery.
