PROCEDURES (Typical- the final must be agreed between Seller&Buyer) a) LOI from end BUYER with Bank's coordinates and soft probe authorization or BCL. b) FCO from Seller upon soft probe. c) Buyer accept the FCO and request contract. d) Seller send draft contract for buyer's approval. e) Buyer signs the contract for approval if there are not changes, otherwise seller negotiate with Buyer such changes until the contract is set and buyer can sign it and sends back to us via mail. f) Seller send back the contract signed (by seller). g) Within specified time in the contract Buyer opens non operative financial instruments ( L/C. SBLC, BG) Confirmed By Receiving Bank And Payable At 45 Days At The Same Counters Against The Agreed Documents. h) Within time specified in the contract seller shall send to buyer POP and non operative PB that will activate the financial Instrument. i) Buyer's bank confirms the activation of financial Instrument automatically activating the PB.
