The ceramic body is used in the light switch. The type we require is C110 according to standard IEC 60672-3 and our requirement is 150 tonnes per year. We need electro porcelain powder material for mould pressing and this is done with the half-wet procedure. Actually to explain,this procedure is for dry automised mass in which a plastificator is added of approx. 2% and water approx. 1%. As a plastificator we use mixture of 2 parts of crude oil (diesel) and one parts of oily acid and a 1% of water is added. Total percentage of shrinkage of pressed piece after baking is 12%. The baking is completed in electric ovens in the finishing temperature of 1275C, and the baking process takes 20 hours and the same amount of time as well Please advise of your quote.
