Please Sir I would like to let you know that there is a bidding for a supplying contract to supply of various garments to the AFRICAN REFEGEES FOUNDATION (AREF) as relief materials to various refugee camps in African. I know that your company is capable of manufacturing and supplying one of the items listed above within the stipulated contract periods, hence I will like you to indicate the item which your company can supply and also confirm your company’s ability to handle such supplying project within the above stipulated contract peroid.
