Buyer’s inspectors conduct Q & Q analysis on the loaded vessel, confirm and release their report to Buyer and Seller simultaneously. 8. Buyer places full charter on the vessel, Takes Over and pays Seller, Agents, Facilitators and all nominated accounts as per fee protection agreement simultaneously for the cargo according to the Q & Q result through KTT WIRE TRANSFER. 9.
