(这是一条买家关于"Conveyor proposal"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Conveyor proposal High Steel Structures is purchasing a piece of drilling equipment that will require some type of conveyor system to collect the drill chips/shavings. The overall conditions are that the system is 150 Ft. long and the drilling will take place any where along the 150 Ft. length. I would like a few options for transporting the chips to one or both ends of the machine. The chips will be swept or shoveled into the conveyor system. We anticipate that we only need a conveyor belt of about 8” or 9” wide. We would prefer some type of metal belt rather than a fabric or rubber belt system. The initial concerns are to minimize the size of the trench for the conveyor system (the top of the conveyor must be at floor level to allow the chips to be pushed into the conveyor. The next level of concern is to minimize the overall system cost and ease of maintenance. The initial options we are considering include: A single long conveyor system that runs the entire length of the machine (150 Ft.) and dumps into a hopper at one end. Two (2) individual conveyors that cover ? the system and dump into hoppers at both ends. A total of four (4) individual conveyors. The center two (2) units would be straight and horizontal that transfer the chips from the center of the machine and dump onto two (2) outside conveyors that transfer the chips to each end and into hoppers. Please provide an initial budgetary proposal and required trench dimensions for these options and any other recommendations for a system you might feel is better for this length system.
