The calcium nitrate production is being constructed to convert NO and NO2 in a gas stream produced by our cement process. We will use limestone to recover NOx. The flow is unknown since we want to design a small scale process and we do not know what will be feasible. In future, we will build a plant which can produce 5600 ton/day Ca(NO3)2.4H2O . The gas temperature is very high but we will cool it down to whatever you want. Or you can design the future plant based on these conditions then we can discuss the small possible system so that we can know the detail process and cost, etc. Out Mass Ratio NO2 0.065 NO 0.127 N2 0.265 CO2 0.414 CO 0.002 O2 0.128 We want to convert 99% of NO and NO2 into Ca(NO3)2 using CaCO3 (lime stone). The system can be designed in such a way that it is easy to find equipments on the market but we prefer it smallest possible.
