This was very scary, not to mention dangerous. Is this typical with this product and if so shouldn't there have been a recall? We have about 14 of these bulbs in various fixtures in our home. We will be removing them and replacing them with regular bulbs, because we are afraid this will happen again and someone will be seriously injured, or could cause a fire. We kept the bulb that exploded, so if you would like to see it please let me know.
