After reassembling it was noted that the hinge pin fell out during inspection. After reviewing the drawing we noticed a call out for a set screw, which would indicate the pin should not have fallen out. The pictures taken of the valve could not determine if there was a screw installed or not. I was wondering if I could get more information about the set screw.
