(这是一条买家关于"stripping and re-coating"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) stripping and re-coating There are 6 racks to start with they are 316L S/S, they are 1 inch x 3 inch tubing turned up on edge, 13 foot 7 inch long with 3/4 inch solid round uprights on either end, 3 foot high... they look like this I_______I I designed them myself and use to coat them with 6514 and 6014 halar 2 coats of primer and one topcoat to achieve at least 13 mils thicker is fine, they are a breeze to coat, I have drilled holes at the top of each upright and hang them thru the holes with wire. I had it set up to do 6 at a time, I had a 14' deep oven and i'd hang them 6 across. There are no tapped holes, I will heat tape the line at about 9" down on each upright wont get coated...I used aluminum foil and one strip of heat tape with a tab so the tape line could be pulled right off after the final coat while the uprights were still hot... that's it no holes to plug, nothing. The company I built these for have 48... with 42 flightbars online and six spares for cycling thru strip,repair and re-coating... I hope this covers everything if not feel free with any ?'s...
