Our company is leading the way with alternative energy solutions, primarily related to On Demand Hydrogen gas production. Our product is an onboard, on demand hydrogen producing unit comprised almost entirely of quality stainless steel sheet metal. Our reactors are of rectangular design with dimensions starting at 3”x 6”x 6” with various cut outs in the cover of the unit and the sides. The cut out areas are for various fittings and attachments we use to complete the assembly of the units. We are looking for a facility to manufacture these units. The dimension sizing is primarily the same, the only change being to the length of the units. We already have prototypes, blue print dimensions, and dozens of working units in use in the field on customer vehicles. The facility currently producing our units are having issues with consistency of quality, dimensions and lead-time. This is creating a serious problem for us due to lack of consistency, on time production and delivery. Our business will no doubt be taking off very soon as we currently have several large accounts being negotiated with governmental agencies, private and publicly traded companies. We are accepting bids for producing the units. Material should be comprised of certified 316-grade stainless steel, 18/8 composition, for integrity, longevity and corrosion protection.
