Through out the years Procex has been well known for our rubber denuding processes. We are able to remove the rubber that has been bonded to metal surfaces with out compromising the integrity of the substrate. This way the substrate can be reclaimed and reused to maximize production while keeping manufacturing costs to a minimum. As we continue to diversify our operations, we thought this business model can also be effective in reclaiming powder-coated, e-coated, wet sprayed, and other coated parts and tooling that need to be salvaged. While our proprietary process for stripping rubber can also be utilized to remove most other organic coatings, we have also added a thermal coating removal process, a media blaster, and a chemical immersion process.
