However, I am very disappointed in what I received. There are two issues. The first of which is that the camera has clearly been used and/or is refurbished BUT it was NOT noted on the original listing on Amazon. The second issue is that the instructions to set-up the camera says to insert a CD-rom in my disk drive in order to set up the camera but the shipment did NOT come with a CD-rom. All I received was a used web-cam. I am very disappointed in your company and would appreciate it if I can exchange this web cam with a NEW one that also includes a CD-rom. I don't want to leave bad feedback for your company on Amazon, so your prompt attention to this would be appreciated. Thank you.
